Lead balloon is a companion colour to Hemlock - once again along the lines of deep and dark. This is a cool, leaden-type grey - but with a healthy hint of teal or green, depending on how you read it. It is a tonal type grey - in other words, colours were used to mix up this hue rather than standard black.
(For the colour sleuths - this would be close to Slate Grey, and the camera is going to totally flatten the delicacy of Lead Balloon. In real life, it has the blue grey tinge of pewter or lead, and refracts the light very differently to Slate).
Care Instructions: For long term fibre and colour care a gentle, PH neutral detergent (preferably natural/organic) and cold water rinse is recommended. Refrain from excessive wringing. Dry flat, avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight
