The Purple People squad can move a little closer for this one - presenting Ianthide: a violet-colored flower of sorts.
Ianthide combines rich shades of deep purple, violets and imperial purples - for me these colours hold special dye significance in that the original purple dyes were so hard to come by (never mind that it represents an episode in environmental destruction). The great cost to produce this particular tone cemented the rare occurence of this colour - mostly often associated with imperial rulers and/or royalty due to its relative scarcity.
This colour pairs very well with delicate neutrals - it makes the rich layering pop!
Care Instructions: For long term fibre and colour care a gentle, PH neutral detergent (preferably natural/organic) and cold water rinse is recommended. Refrain from excessive wringing. Dry flat, avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight.
